Sports Conditioning

Our Sport Conditioning programs are in full swing here at Hillside.  We have a mix of hockey, football, fencing, and softball players, both boys and girls.  They range from 10 - 16 years of age.  The sport conditioning program is  comprehensive training geared to improvements in an athletes speed, strength, power, and stamina.  In season or off season training are both offered.
